The staff, food, rooms, and manager were fantastic. Helpful service, traditional Japanese rooms, delicious meals, and a nice manager.

The room was spacious enough for my needs, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The hotel offered a shuttle service that was convenient for getting around the area. Additionally, the hotel's location was great: it was near a convenience store and a few restaurants.
The staff's attitude was not friendly or welcoming. During my check-in and check-out, they seemed bored and uninterested in helping me. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, and the quality and presentation were not impressive. while the hotel had some advantages, I would not recommend it due to their poor customer service and mediocre amenities.

We had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing transportation to and from various attractions. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a fantastic hot spring bath and comfortable, traditional Japanese rooms. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of local dishes. Additionally, the location next to the river provided a beautiful scenery for an early morning or evening run.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Free shuttle from the station, and free bike rental provided a convenient way to explore the area. the room was clean and spacious with good amenities. the location was perfect and the view from the balcony was fantastic.
The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us with anything. There were no clear instructions on how to use the public bath, causing confusion.
